- we include unlimited color

3. We will also advertise your home in Print with color photo in
The Hometown Shopper newspaper for six months.
4. We also post your home on other local,
national websites to give you maximum exposure.
5. We provide Shop4House.com signs, this includes directional
signs for the end of your road.
6. We give you a valuable seller's packet with helpful
information on how to sell your home fast and for top dollar.
7. Our Lending associate will provide you or any potential buyers with a
free mortgage pre-approval.
8. Our Title Office / Law Office associate can facilitate your closing and
document (purchase agreement) preparation (visit the service page
to get more information).
9. We provide you with discount coupons
including mortgage, appraisal, home inspection and title services.
10.Unlimited changes to your listing (just pick up the phone and
call us or email). That includes all aspects
i.e. selling price, description, open house listing, contact info and/or
pictures.
Our total marketing solution package is a flat one time $389.00 for the entire listing package -
Zero Commission when you sell your
home. You can also choose just the internet only package for
$189.00 and that still includes us coming to you and taking the
pictures, posting you on our site and signage for the yard. We use
Google for our checkout process to ensure privacy and security. You can
select either package option below. When we receive your order we'll
call you to set up an appointment to get pictures and more information

Plan A: Affiliate Realtor Assistance Program - $589.00 ($489.00

This plan was developed for the folks who are planning
to stay in the local market and are not opposed to having a Buyer
Realtor involved when choosing their next home. As many of you know the
cost of the Buyers agent commission is paid for by the split worked out
with the Seller agent, so there is virtually no cost to the buyer. Our
affiliate Realtor will list your home on the MLS and Realtor.com and all
they ask is that you let them help you with your next home selection.
Buyers agency is required to protect all parties - call us at (616)

includes all of the marketing or our Total Marketing Solution and will

the same advantages as Plan A but will not require a Buyers Agency. Your
home will be listed on the MLS and Realtor.com and will include all our
Total Marketing Solution. The only time you'll pay a commission is if a
Realtor brings you a buyer - if you find the buyer NO COMMISSION. Call
